ZyXEL Communications announces X150N router

ZyXEL Communications Inc has launched the X150N, 802.11n router which comes with a firewall on board and state-of-the-art WPA2 AES wireless encryption to block hackers, allowing users to browse the internet safely.

It offers speeds of up to 150 Mbps which is ideal for streaming music and other media through the home.

The wireless router is designed to be straightforward to install and is virtually maintenance free.

It is compatible with wireless g devices and computers and can connect to computers with the latest wireless n adapters.

“For more people to enjoy the benefits of Internet access, a simple router is becoming increasingly necessary,” said Dana Patrick, director of North American channels for ZyXEL.

“With the X150N, ZyXEL offers even the non-technical consumer a secure wireless router that’s easy to setup and use at a very attractive price.”

The X150N is priced at $39.99 MSRP.

ZyXEL also announced the N4100 11n Hotspot Gateway, which provides wireless, high-speed Internet access for the hospitality sector.
