Axell Wireless, the wireless coverage specialist, has been awarded the Thames Valley Export Award, sponsored by UK Trade and Investment, as a part of the Thames Business Magazine Awards 2009.
The award was granted in recognition of Axell Wireless’ outstanding performance in overseas trading.
The company has seen its business grow by more than 50 percent over three years in the Americas together with strong growth in Asia-Pacific regions and in Europe, where it has secured a strong position in the market for wireless coverage solutions and is a leader in the public safety market worldwide.
As mobile devices proliferate around the globe and users become dependant on them for communications, entertainment and information, Axell Wireless has seen increasing demand for its wireless coverage solutions.
Its extensive experience in delivering wireless coverage to some of the most challenging environments around the UK and Europe, including the London Underground and Heathrow T5, has provided the company with the credentials required to successfully move into new and developing regions.
Axell Wireless now operates eleven offices worldwide in locations including the US, Singapore, Hong Kong and UAE.
